What are Admin reports?
Betterworks lets Admins generate reports that show usage and adoption metrics in their organization. Different types of reports are available depending on your needs. Once triggered, reports are sent via email. The email will contain a link that downloads the report in .xlsx format.
Note: The link expires in 1 day.
What do they do?
There are two key questions that the Betterworks report helps to answer:
1. Who still needs to complete actions? (User Activity Report, Conversations Adoption/Answers Reports, Feedback Adoption/Answers Reports)
2. What is the quality of the activity happening? (All Goals Report, Conversation Answers Report, Feedback Answers Report)
These reports can be found under Admin > Program Management:
- Usage Dashboard (User Activity Report and Conversation Adoption Report)
- Reports (All other reports)
To understand which Admins can access these reports, please read our Understanding Admin Abilities article.
