What is Program Insights?
It's a set of dashboards that puts advanced visualization and analytical tools in the hands of our program leaders. This feature will be available to Super Admins, and it will allow for quick assessments of program and module KPIs. Here, you can easily compare stats among departments, teams, or groups of individuals. This can help identify the leaders and laggards of your program, which can help drive adoption and lead to a better understanding of certain key historical adoption trends.
How does it work?
User Login Summary- This shows the number of users that have logged in as a percentage of all provisioned, non-deactivated users.
Users Have Logged In and Users Never Logged In- This displays the data that is summarized in the prior chart.
What Percent of Users have Logged In?- This chart drills down into the user login summary by Department. By default, this chart will show the departments with the most logged users, sorting in descending order.
How Often are Users Logging In?-This shows the count of logins per month, summarized by Department. The monthly aggregation can be changed to Day, Week, Month, or Quarter by using the “Date Interval Picker”. By default, this chart will show the departments with the most logged in users, sorting in descending order.
Group Selector - This pick list menu allows you to select the population by which you’d like your data to be grouped.
The options are:
- Department (default)
- Group (Admin Generated Groups).
Note that all 3 options will appear to be available whether or not your org actively uses them.
After finishing your selection, click on the blue “Run” button at the top-right corner of the frame to update your dashboard.
Group Name- This is a multi-select menu that allows you to specify which Departments, Teams, or Groups will be included in your charts. By default, this menu will be blank. When you enter your cursor into the field, a drop-down menu will appear pre-populated with a list of suggested search terms. You can select one of the suggestions, or start typing to see a refined list. You can select up to 15 options to compare. After finishing your selection, click on the blue “Run” button at the top-right corner of the frame to update your dashboard.
Note that you’ll need to individually remove the search terms to reset your search.
Most chart elements, as well as metric displays, allow you to drill into a result set. These drill-downs allow you to view the actual data that comprise the aggregate metric that you drilled into from the dashboard level.
Tip: You can export the results of your drill by clicking on the “Download Results” button at the top right corner of the drill results modal. You may select a file format that best suits your needs.
