Approve or Deny a Request to Edit Conversation

How can I approve an edit request?

When a team member requests to edit a past due Conversation, this is what you will see as an administrator:

1. Admin tab

2. Conversations --> Settings

3. Request to Edit

4. List of Conversations to be approved or denied 


Note: You can approve or deny these requests by checking the boxes to the right. The team member will be notified of this action. Granting edit access will give the team member an additional 4 days to complete their Conversation. 

The email notifications telling Admins that a request to edit has been submitted will be issued once daily. The emails are not in real-time, they are sent once a day.
