Confidential Questions

What are they?

Confidential questions are used to give the HR Team an indication of how well the Conversation is going. A Super Admin or Admin can configure these questions for HR Admins to view in their Conversation Answers Report. You will see the option to add these questions in "Step 3" of Configuring your Conversation. These questions can appear during or after the Conversation.


You can add the questions for the included team members in the same way that you would regular questions. 


Your Conversations Answers Report will show these questions as separate entries, but they will now be called Confidential Questions. 



  • If view and/or edit access is provided to Super Admins, HR Admins, and Skip level managers will have access to all questions including confidential questions. 
  • When configuring Additional Lock options for a conversations, Confidential Questions will be excluded.
