Logging into betterworks for the first time is easy and fast! There are two ways to log in, but in both cases you begin by going to app.betterworks.com.
Next, type in your email address.
Then, click "Log In" and you will either be re-routed to your company's internal email system (Okta, Outlook, Google), or you will be prompted to type in your password. If you are re-routed, this means that your company has enabled SSO (Single Sign On). With SSO, your company email credentials will also be what you use to log in to betterworks.
If it's your first time logging in and your company does not have SSO enabled, you will not have a password, yet. So, you will need to click "I don't know my password" to create one.
If you do not receive your password reset email, check your spam folder. If you still don't see it, please email email@example.com.
