Access Settings

After choosing your method for creating a survey and completing the first step of general settings and second step of Questions settings and third step of Survey audience, you will be directed to the Survey Access page. From here you can define who should access to the survey results.

1. Defaults

By default, the superadmin only will have access to the reports and dashboards for that survey.

2. Automatic Access to Auto-defined manager

By checking the checkbox for “Give ‘View’ access automatically to all auto-defined managers as well?” you will give reports view access to all the reporting managers of the employees as set in the system.

3. Manually providing access to user

Additional to the auto defined managers, you can provide access of the survey results to certain individuals by manually adding their email ids (or selecting from the dropdown) in the space given and click add.
