Introduction

Our framework Includes benchmarks, by industry and company size. Many of our preset questions come with benchmark data, allowing you to compare your engagement scores and engagement driver scores to the average of other companies...

in your industry:

Our benchmarks for each {industry x size} segment are based on panel data collected from a randomized set of 1,200 US-based employees, combined with data collected from our 60+ customers (150,000+ employees). We will update our benchmarks as more data is collected.

Enable Benchmarks

To enable benchmarks and utilize them in your survey reports, go to the "Settings" module (gear icon in the bottom-left corner), then click the "App Settings" tab:

Under "Select benchmark years" you'll be able to choose which yearly benchmarks are used. You can remove any unwanted benchmarks and choose a default ("Select default benchmark").

View Benchmark Data

To view benchmark data in your survey reports, click "View options" and click the "Benchmark" radio button:

Benchmark data is available as part of the Engagement survey templates, i.e. Engagement (Mini), Engagement (Standard), and Engagement (Extended). This data will also be available if any of the questions below are used in a custom survey:
