Engage: About Voice Module

Introduction

The employee voice module is available for early adopters of Engage. While it's no longer supported for newer clients, this article is geared for those that still have access to the feature. It can be found here:

In a nutshell, this feature is gathers all the opinions/comments that your employees may have submitted in Engage. They can be anonymous, or the employees' name can be included. 

This feature is self-moderated, and so if any offensive/harmful comments are submitted, then the system will block those from appearing here. However, if any message is posted which is targetted, this could be flagged and the post or corresponding comments will be removed from the listing.

Posts

Any posts from a forum for a particular survey will appear here as shown below:

The appropriate post will appear here, as well as the number of users that up-voted or down-voted the post (next to the thumbs-up and thumbs-down icons). This row will also show which forum the post was in, as well as any sentiment factors for the post. 

Comments

Comments submitted by employees, as well as which survey/forum it was submitted for, will appear here:

The overall sentiment will appear on the far right side, if there is any data reported.

Flagged Posts

Posts that were flagged as potentially harmful or offensive will appear in this tab:

The flagged post will appear here along with the following information:

  • Flag reason — The reason why the post was flagged as offensive/harmful in the first place.
  • Flag date — When the post was flagged.
  • Posted in — Which survey/forum the post resides in.
  • Sentiment — The favorability scale for the particular post.

Flagged Comments

Comments that were flagged as potentially harmful or offensive will appear here:

The flagged comment will appear here along with the following information:

  • Flag reason — The reason why the comment was flagged as offensive/harmful in the first place.
  • Flag date — When the comment was flagged.
  • Posted in — Which survey/forum the comment resides in.
  • Sentiment — The favorability scale for the particular comment.
