Non-receipt or rejection of Betterworks notifications can be caused by settings within your organization's email client (i.e. Gmail, Outlook, etc.) and/or by the following applications that run alongside the email client:

  • Spam blocker
  • Anti-virus 
  • Anti-malware

To ensure that users receive notifications, a member of your organization's IT Team will need to allowlist the items in the following section for all aforementioned applications.
