Overview
During survey creation, when using one of the Engagement survey templates (Engagement Survey: Mini, Standard, or Extended) Administrators can select a pre-translated template in one of 7 supported languages, which are French, German, Italian, Polish, Spanish, Portuguese, and Chinese (Traditional).
For surveys not based on the above templates or languages, translations can still be managed manually or via uploads. Please visit the corresponding support articles for these features for more details: Multi Language Surveys (Upload) / Multi Language Surveys (User interface).
Using Template Translations
Once the support survey template (Engagement Survey: Mini, Standard, or Extended) has been selected, one or more languages may be chosen from the 'Additional Survey Languages' dropdown.
When proceeding to the Questions step, the system detects the eligible template and language, and auto-populates the translations.
Clicking Edit on a question, then Edit Translations, reveals pre-filled text boxes for the Question, Category, and Answers scale.

Administrators can override any pre-filled translations with their own edits if preferred. These manual changes will be saved only for this specific survey - not the template.
