Notice: Scheduled Maintenance - October 28th, 2025 at 10:00 PM ET

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve system performance and reliability, Betterworks will be performing scheduled maintenance on October 28th, 2025, between 10:00 PM ET and 1:00 AM ET.

What’s happening?
We are upgrading our RDS Postgres database instances in both US and EU regions to version 17.6 as part of our regular maintenance cycle.

Why are we doing this?
This upgrade helps ensure our databases are operating at peak performance with the latest security patches, stability improvements, and enhanced capabilities. Keeping our infrastructure current also allows us to improve scalability and optimize performance across the Betterworks platform.

Will this affect my experience?
During this maintenance window, users may experience intermittent connectivity to Betterworks services & maintenance pages will be visible while work is in progress. Once maintenance is complete, normal functionality will resume automatically.
