Both the Betterworks application and our Support email ticketing system are now back online and operating normally.

We sincerely apologize for the significant disruption and frustration this external event caused your team.

Troubleshooting

If you continue to experience slow load times or errors when trying to access Betterworks, this is likely due to outdated information stored in your web browser (cache and cookies).

Please follow these steps for Google Chrome to ensure full service restoration:

  1. Click the three vertical dots (menu) in the top-right corner of Chrome.
  2. Go to More tools → Clear browsing data.
  3. Set the Time range to “All time.”
  4. Ensure the boxes for “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files” are selected.
  5. Click the “Clear data” button.
  6. Try accessing Betterworks again.

Response Time

Due to the high volume of Support requests that accumulated during the outage, you can expect a slight delay in our initial response time. Our team is prioritizing all incoming messages and will be in touch with you as quickly as possible.
