As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain system reliability and performance, Betterworks will be performing scheduled maintenance on Saturday, September 12th, 2026, between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM PT.
What’s happening?
We are upgrading our Aurora PostgreSQL data warehouse from version 15 to version 18 as part of our regular maintenance cycle.
Why are we doing this?
This routine upgrade helps keep our data warehouse current, reliable, and optimized for performance.
Will this affect my experience?
During the maintenance window, some Betterworks features that rely on the data warehouse may be temporarily unavailable or return errors for up to approximately 30 minutes.
This may include:
- Analytics and Insights
- Reporting
- Goal Writing Assistant
- Feedback Writing Assistant
- Feedback Summary
- Performance Summary
No action is required. We will also provide an in-app notice ahead of the maintenance window. If you encounter an error while maintenance is in progress, please retry once the maintenance is complete.
Once maintenance is complete, normal functionality will resume automatically.
