FAQs

I cannot find a specific goal. Where did it go?

If a goal is missing, check your current Business Period at the top of the Goals (List View) page or the Due Date filter. By default, the list often shows active goals. Toggle to a previous or future period to find goals that are not currently active. You can also use the search bar in the Specific Goal filter to find individual goals by name.

Can I share my custom view?

Yes. You can copy the URL from your browser while viewing your custom view and share that link with other users. As long as they have permission to view the goals within that filter, they will see the same view.
