Overview
Conversations notifications ensure the right participants (whether managers, direct reports, or administrators) are notified at the precise moment action is needed. These notifications cover everything from the initial deployment of a conversation cycle to the sharing of final responses.
Configuration
Super Admins and Admins will by default have the option to manage notification settings to determine which automated emails are active for their organization.
Click Admin on the left panel.
Select Program Management.
Select Notifications.
Click the System Notifications tab.
Click the Conversations tab.
-
Enable the desired notifications.
Note: For any Conversation notifications to be sent, including those managed at the template level, the primary Conversations notification setting must be enabled. Also, to reduce administrative manual tasks, you may enable Auto-approval for confidential question edit requests.
Notification Details
Once a specific notification has been enabled, Admins have the option to designate whether this notification is required. If this setting is selected, End Users will not be able to edit this notification.
