Overview
The Org Chart provides a visual view of your organization’s structure, making it easy to understand reporting relationships and navigate between employees. Use it to explore teams, managers, and direct reports across your organization.

Users with Direct Reports will display a number & arrow beneath their user tile, which can be expanded or collapsed to show the next level of the hierarchy.
Matrix Managers are designated by the Matrix badge, and Betterworks Administrators will display an Administrator badge.
Org Chart Export
This option must be enabled by a member of the Betterworks team at Organization level - if you'd like this enabling on your account, please contact your CSM.
Once enabled, this gives users the option to export a view of the Org Chart. To do this, the user can;
Open the org chart.
Adjust the chart to the desired view
Expand or collapse teams and direct reports as needed.
Select “Export” to open the export modal
Choose the desired export format.
Select “Export” to generate the file.
Choose the desired File Type
PNG
SVG
Note: Both File types can be exported at the same time, but the default is PNG.
To print or save as PDF:
Open the org chart.
Select the “Print” button.
Use the browser print dialog to print the chart or save it as a PDF.
