Overview
Notifications can be triggered for various feedback events as determined by selections made during the feedback template configuration process. These are different from system notifications in the sense that feedback notifications are determined by the various options selected in each feedback template.
- If system notifications are disabled, feedback notifications will not be sent.

Most notifications for scheduled feedback cycles are sent between 8am - 9pm of your organization’s time zone. You can find your organization's time zone by going to:
Admin → Platform Configuration → Operational Settings → Time Zone
