Overview
The Calibration Cycle Report allows administrators to export the results of completed Calibration cycles. The report provides a before-and-after snapshot of employee talent profile fields, making it easier to review changes made during Calibration and maintain a record of cycle outcomes.
Reports can be exported for further analysis, record-keeping, or use in external HRIS and reporting tools.
Before you begin
- You must have administrator access to Betterworks.
- The Calibration cycle you wish to report on must have a status of Complete. In-progress cycles are not available for selection.
Where to find the Calibration Cycle Report
- Navigate to Admin > Program Management > Reports.
- Select the Calibration tab.
- From the Report dropdown, select Calibration Cycle Report.
- From the Cycle dropdown, select the completed Calibration cycle you wish to report on.
- Click EMAIL REPORT to request the report.
The report will be sent to your email address.
What is included in the report?
The Calibration Cycle Report includes information about the selected Calibration cycle and the employees who participated in it, including:
- Full name and email address
- Employee ID and User ID
- Job title
- Manager name and Manager ID
- Organisation ID
Calibration cycle information
The report includes the name of the selected Calibration cycle, along with its start and end dates, where available.
Talent profile fields
The report includes standard and custom talent profile fields, including fields configured under Admin > Talent > User Custom Fields.
For each field, the report provides:

| After (Complete) | The value of the field when the Calibration cycle was completed. |
These values allow administrators to compare employee talent information at the beginning and end of a Calibration cycle and identify changes.
Frequently asked questions
Can I generate a report for an active Calibration cycle?
No. The Calibration Cycle Report is only available for cycles with a status of Complete.
Does the report include custom talent fields?
Yes. The report includes standard talent profile fields and custom fields configured for your organisation.
Can I use the report outside Betterworks?
Yes. The report can be used for spreadsheet-based analysis, record-keeping, or importing Calibration outcomes into external reporting and HRIS tools, subject to the requirements of those systems.
Does the report show values from before and after Calibration?
Yes. The report captures field values at two points: when the Calibration cycle was launched and when it was completed. This allows administrators to compare the values and review the outcomes of the cycle.
