Overview
System notifications are a convenient way to inform your team about certain tasks and activities within the Betterworks application. Since the notifications are sent via email, we recommend safelisting our email and IP addresses to prevent them from being blocked or going to your spam folder.
Configuration
1. In Betterworks, access the System Notifications page.
- Click Admin on the top banner menu.
- Select the Program Management header from the left panel.
- Select Notifications.
- Select the System Notifications tab.
2. Enable/disable the notifications on/off across the sub-tabs depending on your needs.

- Conversations
- Feedback
- Goals
Note: You can also enable/disable the Customizable option. If the Customizable option is enabled, users can control whether or not they receive the notification from My Settings.
