· An update has been made to prevent the silent synchronization of an impersonator's browser timezone to a user's profile when the user's timezone field is null. Now, a conditional check has been added to the authentication workflow to verify the impersonation status before executing the timezone update request. This ensures that administrative proxy sessions do not inadvertently overwrite user locale settings while maintaining the standard auto-detection behavior for direct user logins.

· For customers who use Talent Profile, two new reports will be available via Admin Program Management > Reports > Talent Profile. These are Talent Profile Report, which tracks an employee's talent profile data, and Talent Profile History Report, which provides an audit trail of talent profile field changes.
Fixes
· A bug was identified where users with locales like en-gb (dd/mm/yyyy) hit an "Invalid Date" error when generating Audit Log reports for later dates, as the system was incorrectly converting the date format. Reports now generate correctly across all locales (e.g. en-us, en-gb, fr-ca, etc.).
· Fixed a bug where the User Activity Report counted deleted goals toward a user's "Goals Owned" total. The report now reflects only active goals, matching the Goals & Milestones report.
· Fixed a bug where exporting Calibration data to CSV/Excel showed raw HTML tags inside user comments, making the exported reports hard to read and filter. These comments are now exported as clean, easy-to-read plain text.

· Fixed a bug where the homepage "Tasks to Complete" widget showed a task count under All Tasks/My Tasks but displayed no tasks when opened.
· Fixed an issue where managers had no way to view scheduled feedback their direct reports had received from the homepage. Clicking "View" on the Scheduled Received Feedback card now correctly opens a list of direct reports with feedback details and a link to the full feedback record.
Conversations, Feedback & Recognition

· Feedback - Resolved an error message displaying for some users when trying to access Feedback > Received.
AI
Updates
· Improved AI Performance Summaries for organizations with Goals disabled and other AI modules enabled. Summaries now generate correctly based on active modules, preventing failures when Goals is not in use.
Fixes
· The AI writing assistant now includes a post-generation quality check to detect and suppress redundant suggestions. When a generated suggestion exceeds a 95% similarity threshold with the original input, the system will instead confirm that the text is well-written without presenting an edit.
Goals
New
· A new feature now allows managers to clone goals to their direct reports in a single click.
Updates
· Enhanced NextGen Goals with a "Modified" view state, enabling users to revert changes to the filters or continue with them as new custom filter views via a streamlined Save View interface.

Fixes
· Fixed a bug where previewing a "Hiring Manager" survey type sent the preview email to the respondent's manager instead of the email address entered in the preview modal. Survey previews now always go to the address entered by the user, regardless of survey type.
· Fixed a Common User Management (User Sync) bug that could create duplicate Engage user profiles for rehired employees or accounts sharing an email with a previously inactive user.
· Fixed a rare timing conflict between two background jobs that could cause employee attributes to drop out of an HR admin's permission scope, hiding valid users from admin search and survey participant lists.
