App Platform
Fixes
· Bulk user imports now flag BW_NULL values in phone number fields as incorrectly formatted, while continuing to process the affected user records.
Talent Management
Fixes
· Fixed an issue where Korean, Chinese, and Japanese text appeared upside down on the vertical axis of the Calibration Matrix.
· Fixed an issue where the Title filter in Calibration was not displaying results for HR Admins.
· Added support for Croatian, Hungarian, Romanian, Slovak, and Ukrainian in Talent Management.
· Fixed an issue where Skills configurations could not be edited while a Calibration cycle was active. Skills configurations can now be updated regardless of the status of Calibration cycles.
Conversations, Feedback, and Recognition
Fixes
· Feedback: Fixed an issue that prevented Japanese translations from being added to Anytime Feedback templates that had not yet been deployed.
· Feedback: An update was made to the star ratings in 360 Feedback reports to ensure that average scores containing decimal values are accurately represented visually.
· Feedback: An update was made to ensure that the Anytime 360 button and related notifications are only displayed once a 360 Feedback cycle has been deployed.
· Conversations: An update was made to improve performance when navigating between modules in the Conversations Admin area.
· Conversations: An issue was resolved where manager statuses returned by the Conversations API did not consistently match those displayed in the Conversation Status Report. Statuses now more accurately reflect the current stage of each conversation, including those in the Admin Review Period.
· Conversations: Fixed an issue where a new manager could not take ownership of an existing Conversation following a change in reporting structure. New managers can now take ownership and complete the Conversation when the previous manager has not shared their responses.
· Conversations: The file size limit for uploading custom participant lists in scheduled Conversations has been increased to 5 MB.
· Conversations: Fixed an issue where Conversation notification emails were only partially translated for users with Polish selected as their Betterworks language. Both the email subject and body now display in Polish.
AI
Fixes
· Fixed an issue where the AI Performance Summary setting could unexpectedly turn off after administrators saved changes, preventing managers from accessing the feature. This issue only affected organizations where Classic Performance Snapshot was disabled. AI Performance Summary settings are now maintained independently of Classic Performance Snapshot.
· Resolved an issue where AI-generated content was displayed in English instead of the user's selected language for Hebrew, Indonesian, and Ukrainian. This fix applies only to organizations using the Gemma AI model.
Goals
Updates
· An update was made to improve the Measurement selector in Progress Settings. The selector now retains entered text when clicking away, provides more consistent behavior, and allows custom units to be created and selected directly from the dropdown.
· An update was made to ensure that expanded Goal hierarchies remain open after edits to a Goal or Milestone are saved, allowing users to continue reviewing or updating related items without navigating back to the same location.
Fixes
· Fixed an issue where selecting "Enable for employees from specific departments or groups" allowed users to save without selecting any departments or groups, incorrectly displaying a success message.
· Fixed an issue where users could assign Goals to Departments or Admin Groups even when these options were disabled in the organization's admin settings. Goal ownership options now reflect the configured settings.
· An update was made to the Specific Objectives filter, so that this now finds goals with long names (around 250 characters) when you search by the full name, not just the first few words.
· An update was made to display a clear error message when an organization reaches the maximum number of Goal categories, rather than allowing the action to fail without explanation.
· Fixed an issue where discrepancies between the Classic and NextGen confidence scales caused some Goal confidence assessments to display incorrectly in NextGen.
1:1s
Updates
· For Japanese-language users, the 1:1 Start Date field no longer shows "N/A". It now defaults to today's date, as it already did in English, and the date picker opens and works correctly.
Fixes
· Fixed a bug where agenda topics and action items didn't carry over to the next instance of a recurring 1:1. Open items now move forward to the next meeting as expected.
