Fixes
· Fixed an issue where AI Performance Summaries failed to load or display content for organizations whose fiscal year end date was configured in the future. Previously, users could experience prolonged loading followed by no content being rendered for both the current and previous fiscal years. The AI Performance and AI Feedback summaries now correctly identify and filter data for the current and previous fiscal years regardless of the configured end date, ensuring summaries generate as expected.

Fixes
· An update was made to the behaviour of links pasted and saved into the Rich Text Editor. Now, when a user views the rendered version and clicks the link, it will automatically open in a new tab.

Updates
· Updated the Danish translation for 1:1 meetings to ensure grammatical accuracy. The plural form has been corrected from “1:1s” to “1:1” across all client organizations.
Fixes
· Resolved an issue where email notifications would continue to display a removed custom logo instead of reverting to the default Betterworks branding. The system now correctly restores the default logo immediately upon the deletion of a custom notification logo.
Talent Management
Fixes
· The custom module name for Goals was not being correctly passed through to the UI. This caused labels for users sharing a Goal to display with placeholders, but has now been resolved for all customers.
· For consistency in user experience across modules, errors in the Calibration cycle form are now displayed after the user clicks ‘Save’ or ‘Update’. This follows the same behaviour used when creating a Feedback cycle or Conversations cycle.
· Group and department data wasn’t being consistently displayed when editing an active Calibration cycle. This has been updated to display consistently, regardless of how it is initially provided or whether autocomplete is enabled.
· A brief mismatch between interdependent platform components caused the fields list to temporarily fail to load for some customers. The remaining update was deployed to bring the components back into alignment, restoring normal functionality, and additional safeguards are being evaluated to help prevent similar issues in the future.
Conversations, Feedback & Recognition
New
· Conversations: Search in Conversations was improved to provide a faster, more consistent experience across the platform. Users can now find people with more flexible matching and begin seeing relevant results after entering just one character.
· Conversations: Anytime Reviews were updated to automatically resume for eligible participants who are removed and later re-added after their scheduled retrigger time has passed. This ensures recurring review cadences continue as expected while preventing duplicate conversations and respecting configured retrigger intervals.
Fixes
· Feedback - A discrepancy in the count of pending feedback requests in the Request to Edit queue was identified and resolved.
· Conversations: In the Delete Conversations > Conversation Name field, a cycle was displaying as inactive despite being active and deployed. This was fixed.
· Conversations: A locked questions alert was incorrectly displayed in unrelated conversations after navigation. The cause was identified and the problem fixed.
· Conversations: An update was made to ensure that after a Manager has shared their primary responses, and the Direct Report shared theirs, confidential responses also get shared automatically.
· Conversations: Questionnaire formatting in Conversations was improved to preserve author-entered line breaks and paragraph spacing. This makes longer questions and instructions easier to read and provides a more consistent experience across Conversations and Feedback.
· Conversations: Print PDFs were improved to correctly display branching follow-up questions and participant responses. Printed PDFs now include the full follow-up question text and submitted answer instead of showing only the “Follow up” label.
· Conversations: Re-triggered ad hoc Conversations were improved to recalculate their end time based on the organization’s current timezone.
· Conversations: Annual Review template deployments were improved to preserve configured response order, auto-approval, and answer-locking settings. These settings now retain their expected values after deployment.
· Conversations: Descriptions were improved to preserve their original formatting and indentation on the conversation details page. These now display consistently with the formatting configured in the template.
· Conversations: The Request to Edit Banner was not disappearing when dismissed by the user. This has now been resolved.
AI

· A number of new constraints were introduced to ensure AI-generated content remains accurate and consistent across Feedback and Goal Writing assistants. Key Improvements include;
Voice Consistency: Maintains the user's original perspective (e.g., keeping "I" in self-reviews).
Language Locking: Ensures the AI responds in the same language as the input text.
Length Control: Prevents the AI from over-expanding short notes into long paragraphs.
Acronym Protection: Preserves technical terms and acronyms (like KPI or VCS) without incorrect reinterpretation

Updates
· The Goals Alignment view was enhanced with a new fullscreen mode, providing more space to navigate goal hierarchies. Users can easily enter and exit fullscreen while keeping key navigation controls accessible.
Fixes
· Due date validation for subgoals has been improved to provide clearer feedback when an invalid date is selected. If a subgoal’s due date is set earlier than its parent goal’s start date, the update will no longer fail silently. Instead, users will now see an error message indicating that the selected due date is not valid.
Meetings/1:1s
New
· Added the ability for admins to add agenda topics & action items to Manager-Direct Report 1:1s.
Updates
· Implemented an update whereby users are allowed to disconnect their calendar integration regardless of whether their current email address matches the email associated with the original calendar connection.
