Analytics
Fixes
· An issue occurred where applying a Group or Department filter to Talent Profile or Talent Profile History reports produced an empty CSV and triggered an email notification stating "The report you requested is empty", even when matching active employees existed. This has now been resolved.
· Discrepancies between the Calibration Report and the Talent Profile Field History Report have been resolved. In the Calibration Report, logic was corrected so that the Modified On and Modified By columns are only populated when a value is updated during a calibration session, preventing modifier details from appearing when no change took place or when changes originated from file imports. In the Field History Report, a change was made to ensure all talent field updates made within a calibration cycle are properly recorded with the respective calibration actor, timestamp, and channel tag.
Talent Management
Updates
· The Create Calibration Cycle form now supports department hierarchies when prefiltering employees. Selecting a parent department automatically includes employees from its child departments, while the department dropdown now displays parent and child relationships to make selecting the appropriate population easier.
Fixes
· A number of styling fixes were made to the Calibration Cycle creation form.
· Calibration cycle actions have been updated to clarify whether a cycle can be edited. Editable cycles now display the appropriate Save/Update and Cancel options, while non-editable cycles display Clone and Done, with Done returning users to the calibration cycle list.
AI
Fixes
· For organisations with AI 1:1 Insights enabled, admins can now turn on 1:1 AI Insights for selected departments or groups via Program Management › AI Settings › 1:1 AI Insights, in addition to the organisation-level setting. Only participants in enabled groups will see insights.
· 1:1 AI Insights can now use Zoom transcripts when only one participant has connected Zoom. Previously, both participants had to connect for insights to be generated.
Goals
Updates
· Goal and milestone measurement unit selection has been improved to make it easier to clear, browse, and create units. Users can now view the full curated list, create custom case-sensitive measurement units directly from the dropdown, and reliably retain selected units when updating existing goals.
· Updates were made to the empty-state messaging in the goal cloning flow to clearly distinguish between when a manager has no direct reports and when their direct reports do not have access to the Goals module.
· Fixed an issue where selecting the "Comments" action from the goal dropdown incorrectly opened the History section instead of the Comments panel.
· Improved the milestone creation flow by automatically shifting the UI focus and activating edit mode on the newly created milestone row.
Fixes
· Resolved an issue where users were unable to reassign or change the owner of existing Key Results and milestones.
1:1s
Updates
· Updates have been made to support the uploading of transcripts in 1:1s. Upload and paste now accept VTT, TXT, SRT, JSON, and Markdown, including exports and copied text from Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Otter, Fireflies, Granola, Grain, Read AI, Fathom, and Rev. The system detects the format automatically, and headings, notes, and file details are no longer mistaken for speakers. If one participant is labelled "Me" or "Speaker 1", they are matched to the right person automatically.
· Participant search when setting up a 1:1 now only shows users the person can have 1:1s with, based on department and group permissions. The search function matches name, email, department, or team.
· The 1:1s page now loads only the tab being viewed (Active or Archived) and loads the other tab only when it is selected, reducing unnecessary loading when the page is initially opened.
The following updates were made for organisations with 1:1 AI Insights enabled:
· AI Insights now show a prompt to reload when notes, agenda topics, or action items change. Reloading or uploading a transcript refreshes prep, recap, and suggestions for the latest meeting, and the recap for older meetings.
· Archived 1:1s now show their latest AI recap. Prep and suggestions are hidden, and regenerate, like/dislike, upload, and delete are turned off until the meeting is unarchived.
The following updates were made for organisations with the Zoom integration enabled:
· The Zoom connect and disconnect dialogs were updated to explain how meeting data is used, with wording that changes depending on whether AI Insights are enabled. If the user's calendar is not connected, the Connect Zoom option now opens calendar setup first.
· Connecting Zoom now syncs the user's calendar automatically. Existing calendar-linked 1:1s now get their Zoom details and transcripts without the need for a manual sync or relinking the series.
Fixes
· An issue prevented some users from connecting their Outlook Calendar. This has now been resolved.
· Messaging relating to a Zoom connection was being displayed on archived 1:1s. This has now been removed.
· Uploading an empty transcript file now shows a "transcript is empty" message instead of a generic error.
UI
Fixes
· Improved screen reader accessibility for the new identity autocomplete search. VoiceOver now correctly reads department names and indicates when a department is selected.
