· Betterworks has updated the default encryption standard for SAML-based Single Sign-On (SSO) to SHA-256. This update enhances the security of your organization's authentication process. While SHA-256 is now the standard, we have maintained backward compatibility support to ensure a seamless transition for all users.
Conversations, Feedback & Recognition
Fixes
· Conversations - Fixed an issue where HR Admins could not view manager responses when the direct report was within their assigned scope but the manager was not. HR Admins can now view all conversation responses for direct reports within their scope.
· Conversations - A participant was shown the option to edit Conversation responses after the end of a Grace Period, leading to an error message upon submission. The issue causing this behaviour was resolved, so the responses no longer appeared editable after the deadline.
UI
Fixes
· The rich text editor has been updated to detect and block unsupported content types. Users are now prevented from copying, pasting, or dragging images, PDFs, and other document files into editor contexts where they are not permitted. This update ensures content integrity and prevents the accidental insertion of invalid data formats.
