  • Feedback:
    • Feedback recipients will receive an email notification if the feedback is edited

Update

  • Analytics:
    • Manager Insights - Users can generate data for a custom date range
  • Goals:
    • The "Last Updated" field in the All Goals and Milestones Report has been changed to "Last Progress Update" to increase clarity

Bug Fixes

  • 1:1s:
    • A bug that prevented notifications from being triggered for a monthly 1:1 series has been fixed
    • A bug that prevented 1:1 cards from displaying the latest details on the summary card if a change was made has been fixed
  • Analytics:
    • Manager Insights - A bug that limited data when "Direct Reports + 1" was selected has been fixed
    • HR Insights - A bug that caused the Feedback section to display "0%" regardless of the actual completion rate has been fixed
    • HR Insights - Loading speed for one-sided conversations data has been fixed
    • A bug that prevented some HR Admins from receiving reports generated from the Usage Dashboard has been fixed
  • Conversations:
    • A bug that resulted in the "Request to edit" option displaying even though the participant was only required to answer confidential questions has been fixed
    • Incorrect text in individual conversation pages has been fixed
    • A bug that prevented a conversation participant from seeing the updated due date after their request to edit was approved has been fixed
    • Text translation errors (Spanish) in individual conversation pages have been fixed
    • A bug that caused inconsistent date formats to display within the Conversation module has been fixed
    • A bug that caused the incorrect due date to display for confidential questions has been fixed
    • A bug that caused the incorrect next steps to display in a conversation flow has been fixed
  • Engage: 
    • A bug that caused the legacy Employee Voice feature to display when it was not enabled at the organization level has been fixed
  • Feedback: 
    • A bug that prevented feedback descriptions from displaying if feedback was shared before it could be saved as a draft has been fixed
    • A bug that prevented a feedback recipient's manager from viewing the feedback contents even when manager visibility was configured has been fixed
  • Goals: 
    • A text translation error (German) that caused help text to move out of place has been fixed

Preview Environment: Coming In 2 Weeks

New

  • Calibration:
    • Talent record mapping will be moved out of conversation templates and into the calibration cycle creation flow
    • Administrators will be able to add rating types that aren't mapped to a conversation in the calibration cycle creation flow

Update

  • Analytics:
    • HR Insights - Text updates will be made to the Conversation Status Summary to increase clarity and consistency
  • App Platform:
    • All conversation responses (as opposed to just responses from open-text questions) will be brought into Advanced Analytics
    • Conversation responses that were shared during the grace period will be brought into Advanced Analytics
    • Calibration data shown in Advanced Analytics will no longer include 0 ratings

Bug Fixes

  • 1:1s:
    • A bug that prevents reminder notifications from being sent 1 hour before a 1:1 will be fixed
  • Analytics:
    • A bug that prevents the report start and end date fields (Admin → Reporting → Reports) from populating based on the organization's current business period will be fixed
  • Conversations:
    • A grammatical error in the conversation detail page will be fixed
    • A bug that allows Super Admins to select the dates for an Admin Review Period before selecting the cycle dates in a scheduled conversation template will be fixed
    • A bug that allows some HR Admins to view responses to confidential questions about themselves (if the conversation template is configured with HR Admin visibility) will be fixed
  • Feedback: 
    • A bug that prevents word limit validation in feedback templates will be fixed
    • A bug that prevents the skip level visibility option from displaying in the anytime manager-request feedback templates will be fixed 
    • A bug that prevents the "Select feedback recipient" step in the Feedback → View flow from being translated into the user's language will be fixed
  • Integrations:
    • A bug that prevents goals from being exported to PowerPoint (PPT) will be fixed
