Production Environment

* Any mobile or integration updates are subject to approval by the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and/or the application that Betterworks is integrating with.

New

  • Calibration:
    • Calibration ratings have been included on the Performance Snapshot page and in the Print Summary
    • Custom naming is now being used in the warning modals and in the help text when selecting a previously mapped template
  • Integrations:
    • Slack
      • New Betterworks users will now have the Betterworks Slackbot installed automatically (as opposed to having an administrator add the Slackbot for them)
    • UKG Pro
      • Administrators will now have the ability to resync data going back to the date of the first sync (as opposed to only resyncing to the latest update)

      • A "Conversation Name" filter has been added for easier data splicing

Bug Fixes

  • Analytics:
    • A bug that prevented reports from generating if the date range included a leap year has been fixed
    • HR Insights
      • A bug that prevented the "Remind manager" button from opening Outlook (in Windows OS only) has been fixed
  • App Platform:
    • A bug that caused phone numbers to disappear from a user's profile when the profile was updated has been fixed
    • A bug that prevented the Performance Snapshot from displaying due to a business calendar issue has been fixed
  • Conversations:
    • A bug that prevented a tooltip in a participant's conversation detail page from being translated into their language has been fixed
    • A bug that caused a "Your conversation is complete" notification to display when a participant unchecked the "Confirm meeting" box has been fixed
    • A bug that prevented the edited side of a conversation from displaying in the Print Summary has been fixed
  • Data Platform:
    • A bug that prevented updates to goal locks from being recorded in the Audit Log Report (Category: Program Management) has been fixed 
    • Advanced Analytics
      • A bug that prevented some users from accessing charts and guidebooks via the "Share" link has been fixed
  • Engage:
    • A bug that caused an existing user to be marked as "terminated" if they were not in the file sent to the Betterworks Engage SFTP server has been fixed 
  • Feedback:
    • A bug that prevented the applicable field from being highlighted when an error was found in a feedback template has been fixed
    • A bug that allowed users to change scale-type responses on completed feedback has been fixed
    • A bug that prevented feedback edit requests from being displayed in the To-do notifications list (bell icon in the top-right corner of the Betterworks application) has been fixed
    • A bug that prevented users from requesting feedback from someone who reports to the same manager has been fixed
    • A bug that prevented edit requests from displaying in the "Request to edit" tab (Admin → Program Management → Feedback → Settings → Request to edit) has been fixed

Bug Fixes

  • Conversations:
    • A bug that causes the Scheduled Conversations header bar to jump when a user scrolls through the list of conversation templates will be fixed
    • A bug that causes the question mark icon for help text to display inside of a box will be fixed
    • A bug that prevents the "No responses yet" message (right-side panel of the conversation detail page) from being translated into the participant's set language will be fixed
    • A bug that allows users to change the responses on the scale-type question(s) of a locked or past conversation will be fixed
    • A bug that causes the "Enter a valid amount of days" message to display in a conversation template (Step 7: Notifications) when there's already a valid amount of days present will be fixed
    • A bug that prevents the "Add or remove contributors" tooltip in the Conversations module (conversation list page) from being translated into the user's set language will be fixed
    • A bug that prevents the word count and word limit from being translated into the conversation participant's set language will be fixed
  • Feedback:
    • A bug that prevents the word count and word limit from being translated into the feedback provider's set language will be fixed
    • A bug that prevents the submission success banner (feedback edit request) from being translated into a feedback provider's set language will be fixed
    • A bug that prevents the decline feedback pop-up modal from being translated into the nominated user's set language will be fixed
