Production Environment

Conversations

  • Updates:
    • Peer feedback panel is no longer visible to skip levels in Conversations module
    • Improved loading of previous conversations from the Conversations Details page
    • "Request to edit" time has been extended from (4) days to (7) days
    • Confidential questions now contain warning text
  • Bug Fixes:
    • Scheduled conversations now appear in the Conversations module

Feedback

  • Updates:
    • Admins can now extend the grace period after a cycle due date
    • Admins can now extend the cycle end date for cycles starting in the future
    • Deactivated users no longer display in Feedback Summary user list
    • Users can no longer create feedback by selecting a deactivated user as a feedback provider through a CSV upload

Engage

  • Updates:
    • Hyphen logo has been replaced with Engage (web app)
    • Direct login ability via Betterworks & Engage platforms for managers and Admins via Insights module 

Performance

  • Updates:
    • Execution Insights is now available to all Admins
  • Bug Fixes: 
    • HR Admins can no longer turn off Calibration

Analytics

  • Bug Fixes:
    • Execution Insights
      • Teams and Departments no longer displayed in the treemap if they have a headcount of 0
      • My Directs no longer shows skip level reports, only the viewer's direct reports as individual contributors
      • Team-owned objectives will no longer be counted multiple times (i.e. counted as an objective for every user who is part of the team)

Conversations

  • Updates:
    • Main navigation bar will now remain in place when user scrolls to bottom of page
    • Peer user no longer displays under "Select All" if manager of direct report user is updated
    • "Confidential questions end date" field will now populate when Admin user visits a conversation template containing after-meeting questions
    • Super Admins and HR Admins can now view feedback in the side panel while in a conversation
    • Tool tip displays when user tries to edit the grace period of the cycle after the cycle end date
    • User can now delete an overlapped cycle if template is in grace period
  • Bug Fixes:
    • Manager is seeing user who isn't their direct report
    • Approved "Request to edit" not allowing edits

Feedback

  • Updates:
    • Admin user will no longer be able to select a past collection end date in a feedback template that is in-progress

Engage

  • Updates:
    • Employees will now receive notifications from an an email address ending in:
      • @betterworks-mail.com
    • The URL to access Betterworks Engage by the employees is now:
      • https://engage-web.betterworks.com
    • The URL to access Betterworks Engage by the Admins is now:
      • https://engage.betterworks.com

Integrations

  • New:
    • Single Sign-On (SSO) for Betterworks University
  • Updates:
    • EU hosted customers can now use the the Betterworks mobile app
  • Bug Fixes:
    • Users can now access Betterworks via our plugin for Microsoft Outlook

Performance

  • Updates:
    • If Calibration is turned off from the Admin module, the "Add Cycle" button will now be disabled
  • Bug Fixes:
    • Calibration filters now no longer error out if a user's job title contains "&"
    • Calibration box number is no longer visible if applicable field is flagged as "off" in the transferred JSON file
    • Promotion rationale will now appear as read-only if it is configured as such in the transferred JSON file
    • Performance Snapshot no longer displays as a blank page in preview environment
