Analytics
Fixes
· In the Goals report, some Goals were displayed without the owner’s name. This has now been rectified.
App Platform
Updates
· System Admin custom module naming now supports names up to 30 characters in length.
Talent Management
New
· The ability to share filters via URL has been created. In Calibration, a user can filter to a cohort, copy their URL, and share with another user (permissions respected).
· Calibration cycle dates are now optional rather than required - if left blank, the cycle landing page will not display date fields.
Fixes
· Previously, the list of Departments in the filter options on Calibration were difficult to navigate due to the width of the side panel. This has been improved for better visibility.
· Some Calibration charts were displaying with a gap in their borders. This has been fixed.
Conversations, Feedback, and Recognition
Fixes
· A bug allowed Managers to submit Conversations without completing confidential questions. This has been rectified.
Goals
New
· A Matrix manager admin filter view has been added, as well as the subsequent “My matrix reports” checkbox in Goals to correspond with updates to Matrix Managers.
Updates
· Details of the author/uploader have been removed from the Permissions table of the Goal/Milestone on Goals Bulk Upload, and instead added to the History section for audit trail purposes.
Fixes
· An issue was fixed whereby standalone Goals (Goals without milestones) were disappearing from Top Company Goals after a progress update was made to them.
· Newly created milestones will no longer inherit the parent Goal's scope when the Milestone scope option is disabled in Admin Settings.
