- Conversations:
- When a manager change occurs during a scheduled conversation cycle, the new manager will now receive a notification informing them that they need to take ownership of the existing conversation
- Feedback:
- Administrators will now have the ability to delete feedback templates
- Super Admins and HR Admins (scope applied) will no longer be able to view the provider names for feedback that was configured to be anonymous if they are the feedback subject (this includes restricting visibility in reports and printable summaries)

- Feedback:
- Question validation will be added to feedback templates to prevent the accidental duplication of questions
- The language around feedback visibility will be changed slightly (i.e. "[User A], their manager and their skip level manager will not know you wrote this feedback." will become "[User A], their manager and their skip level manager will not see who wrote this feedback.")
- Feedback responses will now be included in audit logs (Admin → Program Management → Reports)
- Platform:
- Organizations that utilize our API integration will now be able to call for feedback requests that have an "answering" or "completed" status
Bug Fixes
- Conversations:
- The tooltip (indicated by the "?" icon) for dates in scheduled conversation templates will no longer overlap with the date fields
- When reviewing conversations (Admin → Program Management → Conversations → Settings → Review Conversations), Super Admins and HR Admins (scope applied) will no longer need to reenter a user's name each time they click on, then back out of, a specific conversation
- Spacing and hidden text issues (near the header of scheduled conversation templates) will be corrected
- "You are ready to meet..." text will no longer be shown to additional contributors via they view their conversations list page (in Conversations → Current)
- The start date field's format and iconography will be changed to match other dates in scheduled conversation templates (i.e. "Tue Aug 30 22" without a calendar icon will become "08/30/2022" with a calendar icon)
- The tooltip (indicated by the "?" icon) for grace periods in scheduled conversation templates will be updated for clarity (i.e. "Allow employees to share answers after the cycle end date. Feedback will lock after the number of days you set.")
- Feedback:
- Optional questions (in Feedback → Summary) will now display even if a feedback provider has not responded to those particular questions
- Settings (in Admin → Program Management → Feedback → Settings) will no longer display a blank page when administrators navigator to it from the left-side panel (as opposed to using a direct URL)
- Feedback card display issues (in Feedback → Summary) will be corrected
- Platform:
- Field display issues (in Admin → Program Management → Admin Proxy → Impersonate) will be corrected
- The search function (in Name → Teams → All Teams) will now load and register a user's input even when there is a long list of teams (i.e. > 20)
- The user will now be redirected to the applicable team goal when clicking that goal (in Name → Teams→ All Teams) even when there is a long list of teams (i.e. > 20)

- To limit the chance of changes being made by multiple parties, users will no longer be able to add a department as a participant or editor on a goal

- Custom note data will now be included in API call results
- Performance (formerly Calibration):
- API call results will now include a "matrix" field (as opposed to a "ninebox" field) to match the updated naming conventions in the Calibration module
Bug Fixes
- Engage:
- The Betterworks Engage application will once again recognize manual language translations (provided that properly formatted translation files have been uploaded)
- Deactivated users will no longer be reactivated if/when the manager hierarchy (in the reporting line that the deactivated user was once part of) is updated
- Survey previews will once again be triggered without issue
- Survey previews will now be sent in the default language of the survey (rather than the default language of the organization's instance)
- The dynamic "tenure" field will once again auto-populate based on the value in the user's "hire_date" field and the current date
- Long poll titles will no longer break through the text box on the Dashboard
- Feedback:
- A console error will no longer display if a user searches for more providers in the provider list card (scheduled feedback cycle)
- Users will once again be able to submit feedback if the visibility is configured so that only the direct report can view it
- Direct reports will no longer see any indication that feedback was requested for them (including an empty feedback card) if the visibility is configured so that only the manager and/or skip level manager can view it
- For organizations that are using the Feedback Summary, questions will once again be displayed
- For organizations that are using the Feedback Summary, the default icons for users who don't have a profile photo (i.e. user initials) will once again display consistently
- For organizations that are using the Feedback Summary, our application will no longer return a 500 error on the backend and display an empty space on the frontend when managers attempt to view the responses of multi-select questions
- Managers will once again receive a notification when a feedback provider shares responses for manager-requested feedback
- There will no longer be a delay when loading more feedback cards on any of the sections under the Feedback module
- The collection date field will no longer be truncated in scheduled feedback templates
- Platform:
- Super Admins will now be able to disconnect the BambooHR integration on their end (Admin → Platform Configuration → Integrations → Third-party Integrations)
- Use of the Admin Proxy feature will now trigger a notification to the user that was impersonated
