Analytics
Updates
· Updates were made to the Insights Dashboard, adding a KPI for Employees with Feedback and Conversations, showing positive metrics of those engaging with these modules in Betterworks. Drilldown was also added to the Feedback Quicksights dashboard, and ‘Employees with Feedback’ was added as a bar on the Feedback coverage chart.

· The Admin Branding page has been redesigned, into a clean tabbed layout with three sections; Logos, Module Names, and Broadcast Message.
· A new Module Names settings tab now displays all 26 supported languages with customization status.
· A Broadcast Message tab has been added, with a rich text editor for formatted announcements.
· The general Notification Settings page has been modernized, with accordion formatting and a ‘My Settings’ tab customized to the user's Admin level.
Fixes
· An issue prevented Administrator list pagination from updating correctly when changing the number of rows per page - this has been resolved.
· Attempts to save changes on the Organization Settings page were met with a 500 Internal Server Error, which has been resolved.
Talent Management
New
· Appropriate Admin Permissions have been established for the Talent Search functionality
Fixes
· In Calibration, profile imports were being reflected in the Calibration table, but not in the chart placements in active calibration cycles. This has been resolved.
Conversations, Feedback, and Recognition
Fixes
· An instance of custom module naming (e.g. 'Check Ins' as a custom name for Conversations) not being respected was found on a tab in the Conversations module, and rectified.
AI
Fixes
· An issue was identified where AI Goal Assist returned an error for users with non-English locales. This was due to the knock-on effect of the LLM translating JSON keys where this was not necessary. This fix has been verified across all supported languages.
· Only one side of a Conversation was being considered when generating skill assessments for the manager view and Performance Summaries. After a fix, both manager and Direct Report answers are now included, ensuring suggestions for these two areas reflect the full Conversation context.
· An issue was resolved where the AI Writing Assistant would display an error when used at the same time as editing a Milestone. The Assistant now functions as expected, allowing users to generate and refine Milestone content seamlessly.
Goals
Fixes
· An issue caused some Goals (those with other Goals beneath them) configured in Betterworks Classic to aggregate progress incorrectly after migration to Betterworks NextGen. This was identified and resolved.
· An issue was rectified whereby navigating to the My Objectives view from another view caused the date period to incorrectly display the previous day to the user.

Fixes
· A bug caused some Survey trend charts (Overview, Category, and Question level) to display blank. This was resolved.
