Updates
· An update was made to Reports for Conversation templates with branching logic (where one answer triggers a follow-up question). The follow-up questions and answers will now appear in their own dedicated columns in the Conversation Answers Report.
AI Platform
Fixes
· Fixed an issue where AI Performance Summary & Goal Assist could incorrectly use conversation responses that Managers gave to their direct reports as information about the Managers themselves. These features now only use conversations where the user is the subject of the review, resulting in more accurate performance summaries and goal suggestions.
App Platform
Updates
· 9 additional languages now have default values for module names. Users with these locales will see module names translated in their navigation, emails, and reports. The languages are; Czech, Croatian, Hungarian, Polish, Romanian, Slovak, Swedish, Turkish, and Ukrainian.
Fixes
· Organizations using branded URLs experienced users being redirected to the generic Betterworks login after a session timeout. This has now been resolved, and users who start from a branded URL are now kept in the branded authentication flow and routed back through SSO, avoiding the additional email step and providing a consistent login experience after inactivity.
Conversations, Feedback & Recognition
Fixes
· Conversations: Fixed an issue where managers could still see a conversation in their To Do tab after the conversation end date had passed, even though they had no remaining actions to complete. Conversations now correctly move to the Closed tab for managers while direct reports can continue to access outstanding confidential questions until their due date.
· Conversations: Fixed an issue where conversations with Additional Contributors disappeared from a manager's view after being shared. Managers can now continue to see and track these conversations while contributors complete their feedback, restoring the intended collaborative workflow.
· Conversations: Fixed an issue where responses to branching questions could reappear after clearing and reselecting the parent answer during an active review. Branching questions now reset correctly when the parent response changes, ensuring only current responses are retained.
· Feedback: Fixed an issue where direct reports could receive blank notifications when an Additional Contributor submitted feedback. Notifications are now handled correctly for users who do not have permission to view contributor details.
· Feedback: Fixed an intermittent issue that could affect reminder timing for feedback cycles across different time zones. This now ensures reminder notifications can only be sent at the correct local time for all users based on the cycle's configured schedule.
Goals
New
· Added a new Goal Update Status filter, allowing users to filter goals by whether they are up to date or require an update.
Updates
· Improved the goal commenting experience by ensuring the Add Comment button remains visible while users are writing a comment. This makes saving comments easier, and helps prevent comments from being unintentionally lost.
Fixes
· Fixed an issue where goal check-in reminders could continue to be sent after certain qualifying goal updates. Reminders now stop correctly when a goal has been updated through supported check-in activities.
· Fixed an issue where some users were continuing to receive notifications to complete goals despite these being completed.
· A bug caused assessment values on goals to save one value below what was entered by the user. This has been resolved.
Meetings/1:1s
New
· Added a third targeting option for the Admin agenda topics and action items feature, allowing admins to send specific items exclusively to Manager:Direct Report pairs.
· Added a new feature that enables managers and employees to backdate ad-hoc 1:1 meetings, in order to capture notes, agenda items, and sentiment from conversations that already took place outside of Betterworks.
Fixes
· A bug caused a user’s attempts to sync their calendar to display an infinite load. This has been resolved.
